Delivery Terms

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. The cargo company can deliver your order to you within 1-3 days depending on the distance of the delivery address to Istanbul / Kartal. For areas with 1 delivery per week, the period may be extended.

Shipments can only be made to locations within Turkey. Shipping regions are limited to the shipping regions of contracted cargo companies. Delivery may not be possible for addresses where there is no cargo delivery.

Delivery times for custom-made products vary according to manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of any problem originating from us, you will be notified via your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and correct. No deliveries are made on public holidays and holidays.

All the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies.

The products you purchase will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail. In the event that any of the products you choose are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the matter and the date when the product will first be in stock will be notified to you.

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer within these dates, the payment made will be refunded to him.
